Dear Scholars and Researchers,
The 3rd International Health Sciences Congress in the 21st Century will be held on April 14-16, 2026, in collaboration with Urgench State Medical Institute, Azerbaijan Medical University, and BZT Turan Academy. Participants may choose to attend on any day that suits them.

In our current century, where borders have become more transparent and the COVID-19 pandemic has shown that barriers can be overcome, we aim to examine the transformations occurring in the disciplines of Health, Culture, and Tourism from a multidisciplinary perspective, and to share these insights with esteemed researchers and academics.This congress aspires to bring together scholars who observe, research, and analyze topics within the fields of health, culture, tourism, and other related academic areas. We warmly invite all researchers who wish to contribute with their original academic studies to submit their abstracts.
The congress will be held both online via ZOOM and in-person in Kuşadası.

Our congress, which will feature distinguished figures such as Congress President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ferhat ŞİRÄ°NYILDIZ and Dr. Davranbek BATIROV from the Urgench State Medical Academy of Uzbekistan​ with participation from 15 different countries and a minimum of 55% international attendees, our congress meets the criteria of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) Interuniversity Board (ÜAK) for Academic Incentive and Associate Professorship. Abstracts or full texts of presented papers will be published electronically in the Congress Proceedings Book. Selected papers will also be published as book chapters or journal articles.

AIM OF THE CONGRESS
3nd International Health Sciences Congress in the 21st Century aims to bring together the global academic community, students, and researchers by opening a platform for discussion of current and past theoretical and practical issues across the world. From academic publication opportunities to poster presentations, keynote speeches, and applied workshops, the congress aspires to contribute transparently to the literature of health sciences, culture, and tourism on the most pressing topics.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCESS
Please send your abstract to hctcongress@gmail.com by APRIL 10, 2026.
Acceptable word count: 150 to 1,000 words (in line with international standards).
You will receive an acceptance or rejection letter within 3 days following double-blind peer review.

IMPORTANT: According to YÖK Circular 2022/7, abstracts presented at international congresses must be in English. Turkish abstracts are optional. Full papers may be in Turkish or English, but submission is not mandatory.
We recommend submitting an informative abstract including the background, aim, methodology, findings, and conclusion.
As 55% of our participants are international, Turkish participant quota is limited. We recommend early application.
All abstracts will be reviewed within 3 days by the International Scientific Committee. The final decision will be made under the supervision of the Congress Chair.
If revisions are required, the revised abstract must be returned within 3 days.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION PROCESS
If your abstract is accepted and your registration fee is paid, please send your full text by April 17, 2026 – 23:59 to hctcongress@gmail.com

Only original and unpublished conceptual, constructive, experimental or theoretical papers will be accepted.

Submissions must be in .doc format (not PDF or .docx) and named with the author’s name and paper title.

If revisions are needed, the full text will be returned with reviewer comments. Revised versions must be resubmitted within 7 days.

The submitting author is responsible for ensuring all co-authors approve the publication.

Please prepare your abstract and/or full paper in either language.
Abstract and Full Paper Books will be delivered to participants on April 24, 2026.

There is no fee for foreign participants.

The congress will be held online via ZOOM. Login details and the program will be sent one day before the congress.

Upon request on the day of the congress, official invoices/receipts will be issued. A 20% VAT will be applied.
