Dear Researchers and Prospective Participants,

4th International Medicine, Nursing, Midwifery, and Health Sciences Congress in the 21st Century, organized under the auspices of BZT Turan Academy in partnership with participants from Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, North Macedonia, and the Philippines, will be held on October 21–23, 2026, both face-to-face in Urgench, Uzbekistan, and online via Zoom. Participants may attend on the day(s) of their choice.

Our congress, whose Organizing Committee Chair and Vice Chair are appointed by the affiliated institution, is organized with a minimum international participation rate of 55% and participation from at least 15 different countries. The congress is structured to meet the 2026 criteria of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), the Inter-University Board (ÜAK), Associate Professorship, and Academic Incentive regulations in Türkiye.

You may apply by submitting your abstract to hctcongress@gmail.com no later than October 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

At the conclusion of the congress, participants will receive an internationally valid certificate of participation, and accepted studies will be published in the Congress Proceedings Book in both abstract and full-text formats. Relevant documents and proceedings will be published according to their respective academic fields.

Upon request, researchers’ studies may also be considered for publication as chapters in an international academic book.
